BRUNOX® epoxy is the patented rust restoration system based on epoxy resin. The clear cognac-colored liquid forms an organic metal-iron complex with the neutralized rust layer. This very compact and strong black protective layer that forms provides long-term corrosion protection and, thanks to the epoxy resin components, also provides a perfect primer. It is ideally suited for the renovation of machines, installations and vehicles. Thanks to its high rust pore penetration and perfect film formation (no brush marks), good efficiency and further processing is guaranteed.

 

Remove rust, grease, dirt and rust-infiltrated paint residue with a wire brush, grinding wheel, etc. BRUNOX® epoxy is applied to the remaining pore rust in 2-3 coats with a brush, roller, spray gun or in multiple coats from the convenient, CFC-free BRUNOX® epoxy spray.

 

BRUNOX® epoxy is ideal for dipping and pouring closed containers. A top coat must then be applied.
